Adminstrative Assistant
We seek an administrative assistant to join our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate is an efficient, detail-oriented, friendly collaborator who has exceptional time-management and multi-tasking skills.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems as well as operational records and logs of activities and work completed
- Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
- Inputs and updates sales receipts
- Inputs and updates expense reports
- Creates and edits documents as needed
- Works closely with senior staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Work Hours: This is on-site, part-time, year-round position, apx. 20 hrs. per week.
Administrative Assistant Skills:
- Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft 365 and Excel
- Data management and entry skills
- Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with supply management and inventory control
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past administrative assistant/ data entry experience is a plus
- Previous Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
