Free Shipping on orders over $100*

Let’s be honest, shipping is expensive and we are a small, specialized company. Unless you have erected a tent in our office, we need to find a way to get your gear to you. And sadly, that involves boxes, and plastic wrapping and an oddly large amount of packing tape. So, in an effort to be transparent, your shipping cost is calculated at checkout.  For orders over $100 we offer free ground shipping. Orders will ship either USPS, Fedex or UPS and typically take 3 to 7 days to arrive. The exceptions to this will have shipping costs added to their price prior to checkout. Items excluded from free shipping are: 

  

  • Dollies, Trailers & Racks
  • Rolled Sails
  • Spars
  • Blades
  • Boats
  • Electronics
  • Oversized items

 

Shipping Times:

We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS ground so expect to receive you package in 3-7 days, depending on where you live. If you need your item expedited, feel free to give us a call or drop us a line and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

 

Returns

 

Our Goal at US ONE-DEIGN is simple: to outfit the world's dinghy sailors with the gear they want and the gear they need.  So... if you are not 100% satisfied with the gear you received, then neither are we, and will gladly offer returns on most of our products. (See exceptions below)

 

 

Return Policy:

 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for the full purchase price, minus shipping. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. (i.e., credit card, PayPal, cash, etc.) Please allow 5-7 days from return receipt of the item for your refund to be processed.
  • Buyer is responsible is return shipping charges.
  • Returns processed outside of the original 30 days will be issued a store credit.
  • Items may be returned in-store or can be shipped back to US ONE-DESIGN via whichever carrier the is most convenient for the buyer.
  • All boats, trailers, dollies with incur a restocking fee
  • If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Exceptions:

 

Some items are excluded from our return policy. Excluded items include cut line, clearance items, products, items used or worn on the water, numbered sails, special order items such as custom rigging, embroidered/ personalized covers and clothing, items shipped internationally and other products as specified on individual products page.
