US One-Design, located on Cape Cod, Ma, has one goal and one goal only… to provide exceptional support and service to dinghy sailors on a local, regional, and national level.  Regardless of age or ability, we strive to get – and keep – dinghy sailors out on the water. 

Founded by Trisha Leaver and run by a team of dedicated sailing experts, US One-Design and its sister companies McLaughlin Boat Works and DevotiUSA are rapidly expanded and seeking like-minded professionals and sailing enthusiasts to join our team.  Below is a list or our current job opportunities.
