Regatta Support Specialist

As the premier charter provider for ILCA and Opti’s, we are seeking a customer service orientated individual to join our team. Ideal canidate will we responsible for maintaining customer relationships as well as and providing exceptional on-the-ground regatta support at local, regional and national events.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on the ground sales/ regatta support to single and double handed youth, collegiate and adult sailors at local, regional and national events.
  • Corrdinate Regatta schedule and trailer logistics for our Opti, C420 and ILCA fleets
  • Provide exceptional customer service both pre and post regatta
  • This is a full-time, salaried position. Travel up to 60 days per year and occasional weekends required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Experience:

  • Must be 21+ years of age (DOT requirement)
  • Knowledge of one design dinghy sailing (Optimist, C420, ILCA/Laser) preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs
  • Experience towing trailers, specifically enclosed trailers

Job Type: Full-time, travel up to 60 days and occasional weekends required
