- Sell merchandise, sailing gear, and equipment at regatta sites
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to sailors, families, coaches, and event participants
- Assist customers in-store and via phone/email with boat sales and related inquiries when not traveling
- Maintain trailers, tow vehicles, and equipment in safe, clean, and ready-to-go condition

- Comfortable and confident towing large trailers, including backing up and maneuvering in tight spaces
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight and multi-day trips, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more, including boats, gear, and trailer equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently both on the road and in the shop
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude during long and demanding event days
Bonus Skills
- Prior experience towing or hauling trailers, including boat, utility, or other large trailers
- Experience with larger tow vehicles
- Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience
- Familiarity with dinghies, boat rigging, or sailing equipment
- Experience with charter operations, regatta support, or event operations
