The Zhik Hiking X Carbon Insole is an elite-level carbon fibre sailing insole engineered to improve hiking performance, increase leverage, and reduce fatigue during demanding dinghy racing.
Featuring advanced Carbitex® M3 Monoflex technology, the carbon fibre construction is designed to flex in one direction while resisting the extreme plantar flexion position experienced when hiking. This creates a stiff, supportive platform underfoot that promotes a straighter leg position and allows sailors to generate greater leverage while reducing strain on the ankles and calf muscles.
At just 60 grams, the Hiking X Carbon Insole delivers significant structural support without adding unnecessary weight or bulk. Engineered load distribution helps maintain rigidity under high loads, reducing pressure points and fatigue during long races and extended hiking sessions.
A soft polyester lining provides additional comfort inside the boot, while integrated cut-to-fit guides allow for precise sizing. Designed specifically for the Zhik Hiking X Boot, the insole is also compatible with Zhik X and Performance dinghy boots.
