US One-Design is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Shop Support team member to help with the behind-the-scenes operations of our Cape Cod location.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in the marine industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Prior knowledge of dinghy sailing or the marine industry is a plus, but not required for someone who is responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trailers and shipping containers
• Assist with small-shop fabrication and assembly projects
• Help organize and maintain shop equipment, materials, and inventory
• Drive trucks and trailers as needed
• Provide general support for day-to-day shop and warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more
• Willingness and ability to drive trucks and trailers
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or fabrication setting
• Familiarity with boats, trailers, or marine equipment
• Basic mechanical, fabrication, or hand-tool experience
• Prior experience towing trailers
